The helmet should fit comfortably and be free of any pressure points. The helmet should sit firmly against the forehead and not slip down over the eyebrows. Adjust the chinstrap firmly beneath the chin. Try to move the helmet with both hands from left to right. If the helmet fits correctly, the skin on your forehead should move gently with the helmet.
